Media Day
29
January
Super Bowl Media day; the best way to describe it, total chaos. For two hours with hundreds of “reporters” from all over the world asking any question they desire. And most of the time it’s not related to football. This is the third media day I have attended and nothing shocks me. This year I saw a man dressed as a superhero, an Austrian reporter dressed as Mozart but a man in a ‘where’s waldo’ costume was my favorite. The craziest part of the day was not the costumes, it was the swarms of people around outspoken Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman.
As for what the best part of the day, that’s simple, seeing so many of my friends in the business. 🙂
- It’s media day
- Peyton Manning, John Fox, and Champ Baily up on the big screen
- Wes Welker at the podium
- Steelers defensive end Brett Keisel interviewing ESPN’s Chris Berman
- A Russian reporter

- Jets running back Chris Ivory
- Welcome notes written by elementary kids from Newark
- The scene in front of Richard Sherman’s riser
- Hagan
- My boy Scott Hanson
- Love seeing my friend AJ Calloway
- Seahawks coach Pete Carroll
- Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson
- Seahawks hoisting up ET’s Rocsi Diaz
