Working Out Pro Style
I consider myself a respectable athlete. And when I say “respectable” I try to workout daily either running, yoga, pilates, or just walking. Back in high school, I was an all-state volleyball and softball player. Yes, I am bragging but only to make myself feel better about my recent workout. “That workout” was with professional football players. There were parts of the workout I just physically couldn’t do; flipping a tractor trailer tire for instance. But I could manage the agility and endurance for the most part.
Very few breaks are given between stations so by the end of the workout they are physically exhausted. I tried not to get in the way too much. Thankfully, Kyle Wilson was there to help me out.
